The Center for Deep Self Design (CDSD) is what’s called a third place—a creative and contemplative space that bridges life and work, enhancing and replenishing both.

We’re an educational collective that offers live events, workshops, coaching, and road-tested D.I.Y. tools for courage, clarity and authenticity in uncertain times.

We do our work onsite and online, combining multi-sensory facilitation techniques with established methods of inner science. Enthusiastic testimonials from real clients and students is our greatest proof of concept.

CDSD’s core mission is to support learners in stepping into their greatest potential and highest function by becoming familiar with and friendly toward the internal landscape of the heart and mind, ultimately dissolving unnecessary obstacles toward self-actualization, relationship, career fulfillment, and joy.
